Shipping & returns



Orders can be delivered to your home or can be picked up from the clinic after 2 business days from order placement. Orders are shipped by Purolator and if selecting home delivery must be able to be delivered by Purolator otherwise select delivery to the clinic.  

Return policy for Pet Food:

Open bags of Pet Food can be returned to the clinic only when there is a refusal to eat and meets the criteria through the manufacture for a palpability return. 

Unopened bags of pet food can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Return Policy for Pet Supplies:

Unopened Pet Supplies can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Defective items will be subject to the terms of the manufacturer.

PAHC is not responsible for items durability; pet owners are encouraged to select pet toys that are rated for the type of chewer their pet is and on the rating of the company. Example Some West Paw toys are guaranteed indestructible.

Special order item returns may be subject to return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. This applies to pet furniture such as cat trees, loungers and pet beds.
